The Oliphant Clan & Family Association announced that an anonymous donation to its FamilyTreeDNA General Fund allowed it to order an upgrade from 37-markers to 111-markers on a test from the East London Oliphants. They will also be able to upgrade a 67-marker test to 111-markers for a deceased Scottish man because of a similarly generous donation. The Association plans to conduct 111-markers comparison for intriguingly similar East London, Anstruther, and Duncan Oliphant yDNA.
