Program includes tour of Royal Lochnagar Distillery, Balmoral Castle, and Aboyne Games
The Clay Hay Gathering is planned for August 1 through 4, 2024, at Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. The gathering is hosted by James Burnett of Leys in the gardens of the Burnett chiefs’ seat near Banchory on Royal Deeside. Clans taking part to be confirmed but in the past have included Gordon, Forbes, Fraser, Farquharson, Irvine, Leask and Strachan, as well as the Hays and the Burnetts. Events will include tours of Royal Lochnagar distillery, Balmoral Castle, Aboyne Highland Games, and several castles. Â
