Award-winning actor headlines event at National Press Club on November 4, 2023
St. Andrew’s Society of Washington, D.C., announced that the guest of honor for the 73rd Annual Tartan Ball will be actor Brian Cox. He is a Scottish actor known for performances on stage, film and television. He has received two Laurence Olivier Awards and a Primetime Emmy Award. His latest role was starring as Logan Roy on the HBO series Succession (2018–2023), for which he won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Drama Series. The event will be held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Remaining tickets are $400 regular admission, VIP ticket $1,000, and VIP Dinner only $600. This is a return engagement for Cox who delivered the “Immortal Memory” at the Society’s Burns Nicht event in 2017.
