Clan Baird Society Worldwide has announced that its Commander, Richard Baird, has been reappointed as Commander for a Further Five Years. The Commission was duly signed by The Lord Lyon and clerk as of 7 August 2024. Richard received the paperwork today. Richard is pictured here with Jack Nicklaus, who was visiting Ury in regard to a golf course that is being built on that estate, and Richard presented him with a bottle of the Commander's Dram.
